AMPLIFY: THE VIBRATION OF THE NATION

amplify.jpg

Following a string of successful events that have firmly placed them on Malta’s cultural map, the lads at Bass Culture are putting the final touches to their next event. Amplify Bass Fest will take place at Ta’ Fra Ben in Qawra on Sunday, June 28, the eve of a public holiday and, as its tagline clearly states, it will be a massive feast of bass that boasts what is possibly the team’s biggest line-up to date, truly making it the vibration of the nation.

A collaborative effort also involving Remissa, Island Rockers Sound System alongside Bass Culture, Amplify will feature the return of the mighty Panda Dub and Mayd Hubb and, for the first time in Malta, French dub artist Tiburk, with local acts Freedom Fighters, ShowMe Selecta, EarthRocker, Sequenchill and the Bass Culture Crew also performing. This extended line-up practically guarantees the vibe will keep going all day (well, from 1pm to 1am actually), making this more than just a music event but also an amazing gathering fuelled by positive vibrations and summer bliss.

Munchies will be catered for by The Grassy Hopper while the drinks will be served by Remissa’s super bar setup. Everyone is invited to come early, bring your swimsuits and get ready for a splashing time in the pool (or the sea, if you prefer, as showers will also be available). Transport is available from Sliema to Qawra and back. You can book your transport in advance on info@bassculturemalta.com or call on 9989 2583 or 9906 6823. Special thanks to our sponsors for the precious help they provide: RVC Event Lightning, Hansa, Zion, Bongo Nyah, Tat Shack & Dragana Rankovic Photography. Tickets cost €10 (limited number of advance tickets available) or €15 at the door.
