Just under four months on from its international release in Venice via the Youth of Today record label, Bila's debut release is finally being launched in Malta. As colorfully titled as the band's name, the L**a EP will be given an official release here with a live performance from the raucous punk trio. The event, which takes place tonight at Funky Monkey in Gzira, comes just a few days on from the release of the music video for Wiċċek ma wiċċi, one of the stand-out tracks on the demo EP.
Apart from the EP, the launch will also see the launch of an accompanying comic by Samwel Mallia (Massacre House Party, Juno & The Wolf, Eyes To Argus) as well as an interesting selection of cool merchandise.
The event will also feature performances from Beesqueeze, Kingdoms of Dusk and Sempliċiment tat-Triq, the latter making a special guest appearance for the occasion. Fre and Nick will be spinning a selection of punk, hardcore, ska and rock tunes all night. Doors open at 9pm
